I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Shalimar Express regarding a pending refund of Rs. 14,720 that has been delayed for over four months.
I booked tickets for a journey from Lahore to Hyderabad scheduled for November 16, 2025 (PNR: MNF912X). Due to the suspension of operations, I submitted a “Refund and Consent Form” on November 9, 2025, which was officially received and signed by the Shalimar Express staff.

And helper reception man close bell tone . And call him again and again but he was still lasy and no response . Even drink water requested him to provide us. And stay only wrong side. Because sialmor stay option v. Wrong . In between bus must be stay . You have camera in bus . So can be must watch video dated 7 . 12.2025.
